Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping within the United States is a flat $9 USD and orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days. Orders shipped to Canada are calculated at checkout and typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Delivery time estimates begin from the date an order is shipped, not the date the order is placed.

 

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

 

Shipping from our partners

Some of our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners. As a result, items within the same order may occasionally arrive separately and in more than one package.
